PETLA PLAST | PE RAW MATERIAL

PE Raw Material Solutions

We evaluate various PE-based recycled raw materials, particularly PE Flake and PE Granules, according to technical criteria such as density, MFI/MFR, purity, moisture, colour, homogeneity and polymer structure, and provide supply solutions suited to your production process.

PE Products

For PE raw materials, appearance is only one consideration; technical parameters such as density, flow properties, purity, moisture, colour, homogeneity and polymer structure are also important. We evaluate products on a batch-by-batch basis according to their intended application and production process.

OUR QUALITY APPROACH

We focus on reducing, as far as reasonably possible, raw-material-related issues that may arise during our customers' production processes.

MFI / MFRWe consider material flow properties to help reduce the impact of flow variations between batches on the production process.
Foreign PolymerWe focus on keeping foreign polymers to a minimum to help prevent quality issues that may result from the presence of different polymer types.
KontaminasyonWe treat purity and contamination control as an important part of our supply approach to help prevent unwanted materials from affecting product quality.
HomogeneityWe aim to provide more consistent raw material supply by minimising variations in colour, physical structure and batch characteristics.

PE ÇAPAK

We evaluate our PE Flake products not only by appearance, but also by criteria such as foreign polymers, contamination, density, moisture and physical homogeneity that may affect production performance.

To help minimise the impact of structural and flow variations between different batches, we focus on keeping technical characteristics such as MFI/MFR, purity, density and homogeneity under control as far as reasonably possible.

Quality & Material Assessment

The presence of different polymers or unwanted materials in the raw material may lead to unexpected production results. Therefore, keeping foreign polymers and contamination to a minimum is one of the key elements of our quality approach for PE Flake supply.

HomogeneityBatch and physical structure consistency

PE Granül

PE GRANÜL

Our objective with our PE Granules is to provide raw material that is suitable for the production process, homogeneous and as technically consistent as reasonably possible.

For this reason, we evaluate key criteria such as MFI/MFR, density, moisture, colour, homogeneity and foreign polymers together, while considering the material's suitability for its intended application and process requirements. Polymer structure is also important when evaluating PE Granules; in particular, LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE grades may be assessed according to different production requirements in terms of density and flow properties.

PE POLYMER STRUCTURE Evaluated according to product and batch
LDPELower-density PE structures may be considered for applications focused on flexibility and film production.
LLDPELinear low-density PE is assessed according to process requirements in terms of flow and mechanical properties.
HDPEHigh-density PE is assessed separately for applications requiring rigidity and strength.

Quality & Material Assessment

Batch variations or the presence of different polymers in granulated raw materials may affect production process performance. At PETLA PLAST, we place importance on keeping foreign polymers to a minimum, monitoring batch characteristics and maintaining a more homogeneous raw material structure.

Batch-Based Analysis & Sample Request

Technical values for PE raw materials may vary depending on polymer type, raw material source and batch characteristics. Parameters such as MFI/MFR and density should be evaluated together according to the intended application. Upon request, analysis results for the relevant batch and sample availability can be shared before product evaluation.
